Short ribs but island style

I cant say much about this without sounding show off. So use the recipe below to make it and prove it for yourself that this is just TOO good! If you can’t find short ribs, just use beef.

What you need
scotch bonnet pepper

tomato

tsp browning sauce

tsp ground black pepper

paprika

cup beef stock

tbsp fish sauce

tbsp seasoned salt

shallot
lb short ribs

thyme
tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

scallion

tbsp ketchup

garlic
Instructions
1. Season short ribs with all purpose seasoning, paprika, pepper, browning and garlic. 2. Sear the ribs on all sides in olive oil. 4. Once the meat is tender, add scallions, onions, thyme, tomatoes and scotch bonnet pepper. 5. Bring to a simmer until the veggies are tender and broken apart. Add ketchup, bouillon cube and meat sauce. Allow the gravy to reduce and thicken. Adjust for salt and pepper as needed.View original recipe
