Notes:
1. If you are big on texture, you do NOT have to soak your honey cake with the syrup. You can simply add it with the strawberries to the cake just before eating.
2. If you are sure you will not eat all of the cake in one sitting/gathering, do not top the cake with strawberries. Leave the strawberry syrup in a covered dish and use as needed with your cake slices.
