What you need

tbsp sweet chili sauce
cup mayonnaise

extra large egg

cup panko breadcrumbs

cup all purpose flour

cup olive oil

tsp paprika

tsp black pepper

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder
tsp salt

tsp seafood seasoning
Instructions
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Add half to the pat dried shrimp and half to the dredge mixture. Add the egg white to the shrimp and mix to combine. Combine all of the dredge ingredients in a small bowl. Heat oil over medium high heat. Flour the shrimp and fry on both sides in hot oil for about 6 minutes. Remove from the oil and drain on a wire rack. Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle the shrimp with the sauce and toss.
