Bread Pudding

What you need

tsp black pepper

tsp salt

tbsp thyme leaves

green onion

cup gruyere

cup milk

cup clotted cream

extra large egg

cup ham

bread roll dough
Instructions
Dice sub rolls into 1 inch cubes. Please into a buttered 9 x 13 casserole dish. Whisk eggs, 1 cup cheese, cream, milk, green onion, thyme leaves, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over cubed bread. Press the bread into the mixture so it soaks up the egg mixture. Top evenly with ham and remaining cheese. Cover with cling film and place into the refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Remove pudding from the refrigerator and drizzle with melted butter Bake for 45-50 minutes and rest for 10 minutes after removing from the oven Serve hot and enjoy!View original recipe
