1. Season short ribs with all purpose seasoning, paprika, pepper, browning and garlic. 2. Sear the ribs on all sides in olive oil. 4. Once the meat is tender, add scallions, onions, thyme, tomatoes and scotch bonnet pepper. 5. Bring to a simmer until the veggies are tender and broken apart. Add ketchup, bouillon cube and meat sauce. Allow the gravy to reduce and thicken. Adjust for salt and pepper as needed.
