I never knew a kid who didn’t like these cookies. Well these are super easy to make and will be fun to make w/ your kids. You can make different shapes or even add sugar to some of the tops. Spoiler alert: all the shapes are made from the same dough.

1. Whip butter, sugar and vanilla for 7 minutes on medium speed until pale. 2. Add flour in 1/3 cup increments until the dough comes together and is smooth. This should only take a few minutes. 3. Place the dough in a piping bag with a 1 M star tip and push the dough to the end of the tip. 4. Pipe your favorite shapes onto a parchment lined tray. 5. Refrigerate cookies for 30 mins. 6. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. 7. Bake cooked for 15-20 minutes u til the edges start to brown. 8. Cool on a wire rack. 9. Store in an old tin with cupcake liners (instead of sewing needles and thread 😂)
